What's included in a standard cleaning?
Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping throughout; full cleaning and sanitizing of kitchens and bathrooms; wiping surfaces, mirrors, and fixtures; and trash removal. Every visit follows a written checklist, and we'll walk through it with you before your first cleaning so you know exactly what to expect.
Do you clean offices and commercial spaces?
Yes — we clean offices, churches, daycares, gyms, salons, medical offices, new construction, and rental properties in addition to homes. After-hours and weekend scheduling is available for business clients, and we offer combined monthly invoicing for recurring commercial accounts.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No — most of our clients aren't. Many provide a door code, lockbox, or spare key. Whatever entry arrangement you're comfortable with, we'll document it and keep it secure.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything needed for your cleaning. If you prefer we use specific products — for allergies, pets, or surfaces like natural stone — just let us know and we're happy to accommodate.
Are you insured?
Yes. Bright Spaces Cleaning LLC carries general liability insurance, and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance on request.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens — just give us as much notice as you can, ideally at least 24 hours, and we'll find a new time that works. We'll confirm every appointment ahead of time so there are no surprises.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the size of the space, its current condition, and the type of cleaning you need. Recurring cleanings cost less per visit than one-time cleanings. Request a quote and we'll give you a clear, upfront price — no obligation.
